The JustiCity mobile game (“App”) is developed and operated by Emre Yıldırım (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the App, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Email Address: Used for account creation and password recovery.
• Username: Used as your in-game character name. Visible to other players.
• Profile Picture (optional): You may upload any image (landscape, illustration, character, etc.) but NOT your own photo. Uploaded images are visible to other players.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• IP Address: Collected for security purposes (suspicious login detection, account security).
• Device Identifier (Device ID): Collected for security purposes (multi-account detection on the same device, prevention of unauthorized account sharing).
• Login Logs: Login time, device used, and IP are stored for security review.

We do NOT collect: Location data, phone numbers, real names, addresses, payment card information, health data, or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account
• To perform in-game operations
• To ensure account security and prevent fraud and abuse
• To detect accounts violating our terms of use
• To resolve technical issues and provide support
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Data

Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may only be shared in the following cases:

• Service Providers: We use Google Firebase (cloud infrastructure, database, authentication) to operate the App. Firebase’s privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Legal Obligations: To authorities in response to court orders or legal requests.
• Other Players: Your username and in-game information (level, family, activity status, etc.) are visible to other players.

4. Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account, please write to support@justicity.app. Within 30 days of receiving your deletion request, your data will be permanently deleted. Records requiring legal retention may be kept for the legally required period independent of this timeline.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is designed for users 17 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 17. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a user under 17 has provided us with data, please contact us.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Under applicable data protection laws (including Turkey’s KVKK Law No. 6698 and EU’s GDPR, where applicable), you have the following rights:

• Right to know whether your personal data is being processed
• Right to request information about the processing
• Right to request correction or deletion of your data
• Right to object to processing
• Right to know third parties to whom your data has been transferred

7. Data Security

Your data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption on Google Firebase infrastructure. Your passwords are cryptographically hashed and never stored in plain text. Please note that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via in-app notification or email. Please visit this page for the most current version.
