By using the JustiCity mobile game (“App”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is a fictional mafia-themed multiplayer online game. It is designed for users 17 years and older. To use the App, you confirm that you are over 17 years of age and legally competent to enter into an agreement at this age.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
  • You may not share or sell your account.
  • Each user may only create one account. Multi-account detection may result in suspension of all accounts.
  • You may not create accounts with false or fake information.

3. Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are prohibited and may lead to suspension or permanent ban of your account:

  • Hacking, reverse-engineering the App, or using automation tools (bots)
  • Insulting, harassing, threatening, racism or gender discrimination against other players
  • Selling or purchasing accounts, characters, in-game items, or in-game currency for real money outside the App
  • Creating fake support requests or abusing systems
  • Sharing other players’ personal information (doxxing)
  • Spamming, advertising, or posting harmful content in chat, forum, or other social areas
  • Sharing sexual content or content that endangers children
  • Sharing real-world advice, plans, or organization for illegal activities
  • Uploading forced, secretly taken, leaked, or non-consensual photos of others as a character or profile picture

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The App and all content within it (code, graphics, character designs, names, sound effects, etc.) belong to Emre Yıldırım. It may not be copied, distributed, or modified without permission.

By uploading content to the App (username, profile picture, chat messages, forum posts), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use this content solely for operating the App.

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 Donator Monthly Subscription

The Donator monthly subscription is an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. You will have access to donator privileges as long as the subscription is active. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before renewal, it will auto-renew.

5.2 Donator Pack

The Donator Pack is a one-time purchase. When purchased, it is added to your inventory. When you choose to use it, you receive 31 days of donator privileges. After this period, your donator status ends. You may sell the pack on the Marketplace to other players if you wish.

5.3 Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Emre Yıldırım has no direct authority over refund requests.

5.4 No Pay-to-Win

Donator privileges are features that enhance gameplay convenience (higher inventory capacity, shorter wait times, etc.). They do not provide direct power advantage over other players.

6. Virtual Currency and Items

Money, items, and characters within the App have no real-world value. They are virtual content provided within the App. If your account is suspended or the App is discontinued, you have no claim to compensation for these virtual assets.

7. Modification or Termination of the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time. If the App is terminated, your account and all data within it may be deleted.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Account Suspension

Accounts violating these terms may face warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban without prior notice. You may use the in-app “Ban Appeal” feature to appeal a decision.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. Significant changes will be announced within the App. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
